DESCRIPTION

Do you have excellent insolvency administration skills? Are you well versed in using IPS? (case management software) Could you help others use it effectively? If so, you might like to know more about our client. They are a UK market leader in business rescue and recovery and professional business services provider. They are listed on the London Stock Exchange and employ more than 550 staff across a network of 45 UK offices and have developed a market-leading reputation for their services.

These services include; independent professional advice and solutions in corporate recovery and restructuring as well as corporate finance, forensic accounting, investigations and risk consulting. They also provide expert advice on issues such as; due diligence services, property consultancy and strategy through their property division, across the length and breadth of the UK.

Due to business growth they are looking for an experienced Legal & Compliance Administrator for their Manchester City Centre office and would love to hear from you. Typical duties may include:

* Responding to support queries in relation to the case management software, including clarification on the software processes
* case management software housekeeping including amending permissions, setting up new users and coordinating with staff to close down users when they leave
* Adding queries to and helping to maintain the firm?s intranet Knowledgebase
* Assisting with the development of the firm?s case management software training resources
* Assisting with amendments to diaries and document packages and with efficiencies that the case management software can bring for staff
* Assisting with staff training
* Assisting with case management software upgrade testing
* Responsibility for overseeing the team?s helpdesk and assigning queries to other members of the technical & compliance team or responding to them where possible
* Assisting other team members for example undertaking research, collating information, preparing or amending documentation, maintaining internal records etc.
* Liaising with other head office functions in order to obtain information from them or provide assistance to them

Based in the Manchester City Centre office, you would deal with a wide and varied workload. With this in mind we are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills, as you will need to be able to explain (and may be asked to demonstrate) your experience with IPS (case management software or similar case management software.

We are also looking for someone who has an interest in widening their current insolvency knowledge within a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of computer applications (specifically Word and Excel) and an ability to develop effective working relationships are also essential. This role requires a proactive approach along with the ability to adapt to varying situations.

A background in insolvency casework is essential for this role and a working knowledge of IPS (case management software) is highly desirable. In return, our client will provide the opportunity to broaden your IPS knowledge and understanding of the technical and legal issues surrounding Insolvency.
